One-Day Mystery Returns!
The Chat Room is down. We apologize, but due to technical difficulties, we have had to abandon our attempts to maintain a chat room for this event. We will try to find an alternate chat facility for our next one-day mystery. Prize winners of the hourly door prizes can be found here! PART 3: Next you will need ALL of your 3 1/2" wide strips of Fabrics A, B and C. Sew TWO of your Fabric A (light) strips to opposite side of one of your Fabric C (Dark #1) strips. Repeat with your remaining Fabric C strip and TWO additional strips of Fabric A. Press seams toward Fabric C (Dark #1). Sew your Fabric B (medium) strips to opposite
sides of EACH remaining Fabric A (light) strip; press seams toward
Fabric B. Cut your Fabric A-C-A strip sets into a total of TWENTY (20) segments, each 3 1/2" wide by (about) 9 1/2". Cut your Fabric B-A-B strip sets into a total of
FORTY (40) segments, each 3 1/2" wide by (about) 9 1/2". Combine the above segments to make a total of
TWENTY 9-Patch blocks. Each block should measure about 9 1/2"
square, but don't worry about precision too much as far as the final
size goes. At 1 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, GO ON TO PART 4: It's Not What You Think!
