We here at Planet Patchwork make a special effort to carry only the highest quality goods in our Store. We limit our selection and check out our products thoroughly to be sure they will please our customers.

You may return, within 30 days, any merchandise you have bought from us for a full refund. If the item is being returned because of a problem we caused, we will reimburse you for postage to return it.  Goods should be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Software must be returned unopened. In the case of drop-shipped items, such as the Tutto carriers, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to recover shipping costs. In the case of the Planet Patchwork Bookstore, the return policies of our partner, Amazon Books, apply.
